How do I start a free trial?

When you first open Big Stretch, you'll see the option to start a free trial during onboarding. You can also upgrade anytime from the Settings tab. Your trial includes full access to all premium features.

How much does Big Stretch Pro cost?

Big Stretch Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($7.99/month), annual subscription ($49.99/year), or a one-time lifetime purchase ($79.99). All subscriptions include a free trial.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select Big Stretch, then tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I restore my purchases on a new device?

Yes! Open Big Stretch, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your puppy's data stays on your device. We don't sell or share your personal information. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

How do I add or switch puppies?

Go to the Settings tab and tap on your puppy's name. You can edit your current puppy's details or add a new puppy profile.

  4. Tap Big Stretch
  5. From here you can change your plan or cancel
